Farhad Moinfar, Director
Citadel’s principal, Farhad Moinfar has consistently defied convention with property developments that break the mould time and time again. He has conceived, constructed and delivered a series of innovative and large scale projects throughout Auckland. All have sold-out with a Gross Development Value of circa $500 million. Prior to commencing his career in property development, Farhad has a background in Commercial Real Estate with one of the world's largest Commercial Real Estate practices. Farhad has a BCA degree Commercial Law, Marketing.
Brandon Morley, Director
Brandon is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. As the Head of Property at Citadel Capital and Fortland Capital, he oversees all aspects of property acquisition, transactions, and divestment. Brandon has successfully managed large-scale construction projects worth a total of $500 million across New Zealand, as well as in Europe and the USA. As director of a specialised property investment and development firm, he has led the development and plan change across multiple projects. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business - Property from Massey University and a Masters in Construction Management (First Class Honours) from AUT.
Zach Venning, Development Analyst
Zach holds a Master of Property Practice (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law and Management from Victoria University.
With experience spanning project marketing and commercial consulting, he brings a disciplined analytical approach to evaluating and supporting development projects. At Citadel, Zach supports feasibility analysis, financial modelling and acquisition assessment, contributing to the strategic evaluation and delivery of residential developments.
Rosie Meikle, Marketing
With a career spanning global brand marketing and high‑profile projects across multiple sectors, Rosie brings extensive experience in the property industry, delivering high‑impact residential and commercial developments. Working at Citadel Capital, she leverages her expertise in project marketing, brand positioning and strategic communications to create compelling campaigns that elevate projects, engage audiences and drive results.
Nicky Colebrook, Executive Assistant
Nicki is a highly experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting senior leaders across major businesses in New Zealand.
