Farhad Moinfar, Director
Citadel’s principal, Farhad Moinfar has consistently defied convention with property developments that break the mould time and time again. He has conceived, constructed and delivered a series of innovative and large scale projects throughout Auckland. All have sold-out with a Gross Development Value of circa $325m million. Prior to commencing his career in property development, Farhad has a background in Commercial Real Estate with one of the world's largest Commercial Real Estate practices. Farhad has a BCA degree Commercial Law, Marketing.
Brandon Morley, Director
Brandon is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. As the Head of Property at Citadel Capital and Fortland Capital, he oversees all aspects of property acquisition, transactions, and divestment. Brandon has successfully managed large-scale construction projects worth a total of $500 million across New Zealand, as well as in Europe and the USA. As director of a specialised property investment and development firm, he has led the development and plan change across multiple projects. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business - Property from Massey University and a Masters in Construction Management (First Class Honours) from AUT.
John Schollum, CFO
John has extensive experience in both accounting and finance in the real estate industry in New Zealand. Prior to joining Citadel, he worked for BDO where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007. Subsequently he worked for a private developer/investor and has extensive experience in procuring development finance and providing strategic advice. John holds a BMS degree and is a Chartered Accountant.
Jessie Xie, Planning & Acquisitions Manager
Jessie holds a Bachelor of Planning and a Master of Urban Design from the University of Auckland. With extensive experience in multi-disciplinary land development consultancies, she has been leading consenting and design strategies for large-scale residential developments across the country for high-profile clients. Jessie manages the planning and urban design strategies behind Citadel's acquisitions.
Paul Duncan, Project Sales Consultant
Paul is meticulous in his dealings, never overlooking a detail, due to his first career as a mechanical design engineer working in both Germany and New Zealand. Paul’s passion for property prompted him to change careers leading him to now specialise in new build commercial units in high-growth areas of Auckland which provide modern, quality workspaces for NZ businesses and high-yield investments for his clients.
Darryl Maclean, Project Sales Consultant
Darryl has thrived in a long and prosperous career in Project Marketing and Sales having completed multiple successful campaigns throughout his years in the industry. His management background and extensive experience in the construction industry, as well as his approachable manner, complements his ability to assist purchasers through the sale process.
