Citadel’s principal, Farhad Moinfar has consistently defied convention with property developments that break the mould time and time again. He has conceived, constructed and delivered a series of innovative and large scale projects throughout Auckland. All have sold-out with a Gross Development Value of circa $325m million. Prior to commencing his career in property development, Farhad has a background in Commercial Real Estate with one of the world's largest Commercial Real Estate practices. Farhad has a BCA degree Commercial Law, Marketing.

John Schollum, CFO

John has extensive experience in both accounting and finance in the real estate industry in New Zealand. Prior to joining Citadel, he worked for BDO where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007. Subsequently he worked for a private developer/investor and has extensive experience in procuring development finance and providing strategic advice. John holds a BMS degree and is a Chartered Accountant.

Elle Foenander, COO

Elle has been integral to the growth of Citadel from its inception. In her capacity as Chief Operating Officer, she oversees all marketing, sales and operational aspects of the group. With a background with some of the largest international commercial property firms and property funds management, she brings a depth of expertise to the wider business. Elle is also a Director of Fortland Capital Limited, Citadel’s land syndication arm. Outside of her role at Citadel, Elle is a respected and accomplished gallerist.

James Bragg, Development Director

James Bragg is responsible for the delivery of Citadel's projects. With extensive experience in project management with AECOM, a world leading infrastructure and consultancy company, he has been instrumental in the delivery of major projects, including the $300m Pacifica apartment development in Auckland’s CBD, and the $1.5b Transmission Gully project – one of New Zealand's largest infrastructure projects. James holds a Bachelor in Architectural studies from Victoria University of Wellington.

Jessie Xie, Planning & Acquisitions Manager

Jessie holds a Bachelor of Planning and a Master of Urban Design from the University of Auckland. With extensive experience in multi-disciplinary land development consultancies, she has been leading consenting and design strategies for large-scale residential developments across the country for high-profile clients. Jessie manages the planning and urban design strategies behind Citadel's acquisitions.

Nicki Colebrook, Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Nicki joins Citadel after developing her career with a major New Zealand lifestyle company, contributing to the success of one of the leaders in the industry. Working across several areas of the business, Nicki proved her skills as a Project Manager by streamlining processes, organising nationwide events and upskilling those around her. Nicki is EA to the managing director and also responsible for the management of Citadels’s office and providing support to the wider team.

Jennifer Lorenzana, Finance Manager

Jennifer has a well-established career in accounting and finance. She came to New Zealand from Singapore in March 2019 where she spent more than a decade working in a main contractor and property developer, a company listed in the mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange. She is in charge of Citadel’s financial reporting and management accounting. Jennifer holds an MBA degree and is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Nathan Sands, Assistant Development Manager

Nathan joins Citadel as an assistant development manager, he brings a breadth of experience and knowledge from his years working for multi-disciplinary land development consultancies. With his passion for property development and investment he is a valuable addition to the Citadel team. Nathan holds a Bachelor in Land Surveying from University of Otago and is completing a Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management.

Eoin Miles, Investor Relations & Business Development Manager

Eoin is responsible for Investor Relations and Business Development activities for Fortland Capital, Citadel's land syndication arm. He has a background working with major residential developers throughout New Zealand to successfully build and scale project sales teams, and raise capital for development projects. Eoin provides innovative solutions to clients and intermediaries, through a focus on customer service and attention to detail. Outside of Citadel, Eoin is involved in a number of private property development activities.

Koon is responsible for all marketing activities for Citadel and Fortland Capital. He specialises in branding and marketing of real estate projects. With prior experience in the commercial property industry, he understands the importance of carefully-crafted marketing strategies to reach investors and owner-occupiers. Koon holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland.
